Rest of South Island $35.00 - Using our network of professional florist we can offer next day to most areas within the South Island.

Note- some more remote areas do require a 2-3 day delivery time frame.

North Island $35.00 - Using our network of top florists we can deliver to most areas within the North Island. For rural deliveries please allow 2-3 days for delivery.Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your delivery.



Delivery fees are calculated based on the recipient's postcode during the checkout process. We also offer a pickup option if you are in Christchurch.

Yes! We deliver across Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region during weekdays. We also make rural and weekend deliveries but can not always promise same day on those areas. Call us on 0800 379 1234 if you’re unsure.

Yes, here is a few helpful details which make this easier to deliver-

Supply the name of the business and which floor the business is located on if a multi storey building.

The hours during which the recipient is at work.

Mobile phone number for the receiver is always helpful.

If your order is unable to delivered to the address required, it will be returned to the shop and we will contact either the sender or receiver for a new address or other instructions as required.There will another delivery charge to cover the re-delivery costs.

International customers are welcome to order for delivery to a Christchurch or Canterbury address.

Sign in to your account by clicking 'my account' on the website. Go to 'order history' section and click on invoice. This will bring your order up and simply print it off. Otherwise you can call us and we will email a receipt to you.

You can also select items from our other baskets to create your own mix. Unfortunately not all dietary requirements can be catered for. Feel free to call our store if you have any questions on food ingredients.

Due to the Privacy Act we are unable to pass on any information to the receiver, however we will contact the sender and tell them that the receiver has contacted us and are we able to pass on their name. This can only be done with your permission.

Yes, we offer a pick up option. You can pick up from our local Christchurch florist at Shop 2, 342 Lincoln Road, Addington, Christchurch 8024.

When you place your online order you wil get an option to choose a pickup date and time so we can have it ready for you.

We also always have arrangements made up in store if you want to shop our pre made bouquets

We will offer refunds to customers who receive goods that are in an unsatisfactory condition within 24 hours of delivery. All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds after this period. To be eligible for a refund, you must have followed the care instructions on the back of the message card.Goods must be returned to our store if received in Christchurch or Canterbury area.Your flowers must be in the same condition that you received them and with original packaging.We require you  to supply proof of purchase receipt. Once your refund request has been received, you will be notified that we have received your request for a refund and then we will notify you as to whether a refund is approved. If successful, payment will be credited back onto the credit card that was used for the transaction.Payment can take several working days before appearing on your statement.If you do not want a refund, we will re-deliver the exact item that you purchased.
